Experience from port Barton to el Nido. I’ve travelled on a lot of buses and this is by far the worst experience weve had. They squeeze people in like sardines, so that you can’t even sit back properly in your chair for four hours. One woman had the door shut on her arm because they were trying to squeeze four people onto a row that realistically only fits three - she refused to travel as they wouldn’t find an actual space for her. The number of people they squeeze in should be illegal.

Worst trip of my life! First, the employee at the bus station who took my ticket was extremely rude and rushed me and my girlfriend to the van! After we'd already left, we had to go back because these incompetent men weren't able to fill the van properly and left people at the bus station. In the end, he wanted us out of the van because HE couldn't find the ticket we'd given him. PURE RIP-OFF. After a heated argument, we stayed in the van and then arrived in El Nido after a terrible ride. Really think twice before choosing this company; the "drivers" have no awareness of passenger safety. We've had countless situations that could have led to an accident. Incompetent, unprofessional and unfriendly!

It’s started off fine with getting a ticket and boarding the van. However we got into an accident on the way to el Nido. The van turned a corner too fast and the van to turn over. Locals helped but nothing from the company and I’m having a hard time getting in contact with them for some sort of reimbursement as we have a few scratches, bruises and head injury.

Friendly welcoming AND good bye. Good english skills. Ticket sales on site. We paid 550PHP in a mini van 3 hrs to Puerto Princesa in our guesthouse. Including drop off at the hotel but excluding pick up. Not sure how much they charge at the terminal. The terminal in authentic. Could use some greens though.

Reviews here are terrible, but my experience was just fine, we went with SBE to El Nido, no problems. The driver made stop every hour or so, just didn't tell us how long do we have, but then, we didn't ask 🙃 Older van, but clean and a/c wasn't freezing.
